Fort Cross Old Timey Adventures field trip

Fort Cross is a family owned and operated outdoor education center with a focus on hands-on activities. Originally centered around living history, they have expanded their catalog to include programs and private events that involve music, art, survival skills, team building, and agriculture workshops.
Several different field trip options are available based on the curriculum and grade level of the groups - seasonal programs are also available. All options require a minimum of 20 learners.
Perfect for preschool age and up, the Julian Homestead tour will simulate settling on a farm after traveling out West via wagon. Students will learn about old-time games, frontier chores, farming, animals, crafts, and a hayride!
Older students may participate in The Native Experience, Colonial Life, California History, High Adventure Tour, or The Garden Class. Each program caters to a different theme, but students will never forget this learning opportunity of a lifetime!
