Field trip to Pacific Marine Mammal Center
The Pacific Marine Mammal Center rescues, rehabilitates and releases marine mammals and inspires ocean stewardship through education, research, and collaboration.

At the center, you may see California Sea Lions, Northern Elephant Seals, Pacific Harbor Seals, or Northern Fur Seals. Not all species are guaranteed to be visible from the visitor area or in-house all times of the year. See the website for more information on current patients.

PMMC also features a butterfly garden including over 50 new plants including California Fuchsia, Butterfly Cassia, and White Yarrow, attracting pollinators and using little water.

There is no charge for visiting, but donations are appreciated.
